The 1 bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 people and has a well furnished modern living room with sofa bed (for 2 people), display cabinet with TV, coffee table and a dining area with table and chairs for 4 people.

The luxurious kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and is complete with crockery and kitchen utensils. There is also a utility room next to the kitchen.

The bedroom has 2 twin beds and has spacious fitted wardrobes. The modern bathrooms have either a walk in shower or bath, hairdryer, basin and toilet. There is a spacious south-facing terrace with table and chairs for 4 people.

- 25% will be charged if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival.
- 50% will be charged if cancelled more than 7 days before arrival.
- 100% will be charged if cancelled less than 7 days before arrival.

A refundable deposit of up to 200,00€ must be left on collection of the keys to cover possible damage to the apartment or loss of keys.
