Every November, Benidorm celebrate’s its Fiestas Mayores Patronales in honour of the Virgen del Sufragio and San Jaime. The fiestas begin on the weekend of November’s second Sunday and end the following Wednesday.

The Moors and Christians Fiesta (Moros y Cristianos) is a tradition dating back to the 16th Century, and commemorates Christians’ triumph after the great battle which took place in the 13th Century, ending the Moors’ 800 year rule of Spain.

Spain’s biggest event dedicated to "The King of Rock & Roll" returns to Benidorm in 2026 for the sixteenth year running and promises to be bigger and better than before. Event takes place from 24th to 26th April 2026

Calpe, also known as “Little Gibraltar” for its prominent rock, the “Peñon de Ifach” that protects the port is the destination for this lovely boat trip. Famous for its fish restaurants and endless white sandy beaches, Calpe is the perfect place to spend a few hours away from Benidorm. 

Hold on as you are practically flying across the Mediterranean sea on the fly fish. See if you can hold on for 15 mins. Perfect for the adrenaline junkies! Life jacket and helmet provided. Participants must be able to swim. The fly fish seats up to four people.
