Gemelos 22 is located in the new part of Benidorm in the heart of the Rincon De Loix with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The complex is about a 10 minute walk from the beach and all the nightlife.

This privately owned apartment is on the 26th floor in block 2 and well furnished with a fully fitted kitchen with oven, adjoining utility room with both washing machine and dishwasher, air conditioning/heating in the lounge, comfy sofas and TV in both the bedroom and living room, as well as WiFi throughout the apartment.

Please note that monthly prices include electricity up to 450KW. Additional electricity use is charged at the end of your stay if applicable.

In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- 25% will be charged if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival.
- 50% will be charged if cancelled more than 7 days before arrival.
- 100% will be charged if cancelled less than 7 days before arrival.

A refundable deposit of up to 200,00€ must be left on collection of the keys to cover possible damage to the apartment or loss of keys.
