Every November, Benidorm celebrate’s its Fiestas Mayores Patronales in honour of the Virgen del Sufragio and San Jaime. The fiestas begin on the weekend of November’s second Sunday and end the following Wednesday.

The Fallas is a traditional celebration held in commemoration of San José (Saint Joseph) in the Valencian Community. The word Fallas (or Falles in Valenciano) can refer either to the celebrations themselves or to the giant, colourful papier-mâché effigies which are eventually burnt on the final night of the celebrations.

Back by popular demand, Monday 26th April, see some of the finest ETA’s, performing at the stunning Algar waterfalls for the ultimate closing party of the 2027 Elvis Benidorm Fiesta.  Previous years have seen Emilio Santoro, Cote Deonath, Ben Thompson, Louis Brown & Ciaran Houlihan performing.

Calpe, also known as “Little Gibraltar” for its prominent rock, the “Peñon de Ifach” that protects the port is the destination for this lovely boat trip. Famous for its fish restaurants and endless white sandy beaches, Calpe is the perfect place to spend a few hours away from Benidorm. 

If you’re new to scuba diving, you can enjoy a beginner’s dive either on the Benidorm Island (from a boat) or from the Malpás beach. If you have your diving licence already then enjoy a 30-minute dive at the island.
