In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- 25% will be charged if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival.
- 50% will be charged if cancelled more than 7 days before arrival.
- 100% will be charged if cancelled less than 7 days before arrival.

All of our holiday rentals are non-smoking.
A refundable deposit of up to 200,00€ must be left on collection of the keys to cover possible damage to the apartment or loss of keys.
