Spacious three bedroom, two bathroom apartment, just one street back from the beach, in the popular Levante area of Benidorm’s "New Town". This privately-owned centrally located apartment, offers ample living space for large families or for friends who holiday together.

The living area offers comfortable sofas and lovely views. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and plenty of storage space. The third bedroom has twin beds. The main bathroom has a bath with a shower above it, and the second bathroom has a walk-in shower, practical for less-able people.

The apartment has a full kitchen, including electric oven, four cooking rings, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine etc.

The complex offers green area plus an outdoor swimming pool. Easy access to shops, bars, restaurants, bus stops etc.

In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- 25% will be charged if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival.
- 50% will be charged if cancelled more than 7 days before arrival.
- 100% will be charged if cancelled less than 7 days before arrival.

All of our holiday rentals are non-smoking.
A refundable deposit of up to 200,00€ must be left on collection of the keys to cover possible damage to the apartment or loss of keys.
