The Gemelos 22 is one of the most popular apartment blocks in Benidorm, and boasts one of the best pool areas around, along with a kids pool area and also an indoor heated pool for the cooler months.  Situated in the heart of the rincon it is ideally located for a quiet relaxing holiday, close enough to all night life and ammeneties but in a quiet location.

The 2 bedroom apartment sleeps up to 6 people and has a well furnished modern living room with sofa bed (for 2 people), display cabinet with TV, coffee table and a dining area with table and chairs for 6 people.

The luxurious kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and is complete with crockery and kitchen utensils. There is also a utility room next to the kitchen.

The 2 bedrooms have 2 x 2 twin beds and spacious fitted wardrobes. There are 2 modern bathrooms (1 ensuite) with bath and overhead shower, basin and toilet. The 2nd bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and toilet.

There is a very spacious south-facing terrace with table and chairs for 6 people.

In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- 25% will be charged if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival.
- 50% will be charged if cancelled more than 7 days before arrival.
- 100% will be charged if cancelled less than 7 days before arrival.

All of our holiday rentals are non-smoking.
A refundable deposit of up to 200,00€ must be left on collection of the keys to cover possible damage to the apartment or loss of keys.
