Bright studio apartment in the popular La Siesta residential complex in Benidorm’s Rincon de Loix area.

The living area has a flat screen TV with some English channels, dining table with chairs and a sofa. The sleeping area is divided off by a screen and has a double bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and the studio has a separate kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster etc.

There is a spacious exterior terrace on the front of the property which offers a pleasant spot for enjoying all-year-round sun. There is also a washing machine.

The complex has garden areas and outdoor pool open in peak season.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- 25% will be charged if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival.
- 50% will be charged if cancelled more than 7 days before arrival.
- 100% will be charged if cancelled less than 7 days before arrival.

All of our holiday rentals are non-smoking.
A refundable deposit of up to 200,00€ must be left on collection of the keys to cover possible damage to the apartment or loss of keys.
